Cook your foods using a healthy method such as steaming, roasting or stewing, and avoid frying. Exclude breaded foods and dressings high in fat.
"Avoid many of the ""white"" foods that hold empty carbohydrates such as sugar, flour, bread, cake and rice
Check labels before buying a product to see how many calories it contains
Avoid processed foods
